tests for proficiency, typing and general knowledge. Interview is with a panel of managers. It is a little daunting, but they are very nice. The fact that you are sitting in front of 4 people is scary.

Was Interviewed by 2 people at the same time the Lead and the Supervisor of the area. The interview wasn't very difficult. There weren't any hard questions asked that I didn't have an answer for. Interview was quick. I was called back within a week with the job offer.
