The interview was conducted in person and followed a panel format. The panel consisted of two members who ask a combination of situational technical and behavioral questions to assess my qualifications for the role. The situational and behavioral questions focus on how I have handled or would handle various workplace scenarios, particularly those related to judicial procedures, courtroom operations, and admin initiative responsibilities, the technical questions evaluated my understanding of court processes, case management systems and knowledge relevant to the senior level clerk duties. The atmosphere was professional and structured in the interview allowed for discussion of both past experiences and problem-solving approach relevant to the judicial environment.
