Maricopa County (Arizona) interview questions

Standard, fourty five minutes, round robin questions. Interviewed by four staff members. Two rounds, then job offer. Communication via email and phone. You should expect questions that involve the job description.

I applied for this job in the first week of June 2023. Three weeks later I was notified via email that I'd been selected for an interview and my application status in the Maricopa County was "Interview". From this point, I didnt hear anything from them until two months later when I was notified that the hiring team was moving forward with other candidates. I understand that the hiring team has the prerogrative to do this but I would advise against notifying applicants that they've been selected for an interview if you are not going to give one. I will think twice before applying to positions at Maricopa County in the future.
