Applied online and was contacted by recruiter shortly after. I had a phone interview and 2 on site interviews within the span of about a month. Phone interview - straight forward, questions were surface level about my background and skills. Interview was about 20-30 minutes long. First on site interview - more in depth questions about my background and experience. Met the team and learned more about the clinics. Second on site interview - technical challenge. Questions were straightforward and I assume a good representation of what I would be doing in the role. As I was given questions to work through, the two other team members were gossiping negatively about other people they worked with, to the point I felt it a bit hard to concentrate while completing the technical exercises. Eventually got an offer but decided to turn it down as the team I was interviewing for seemed cliquey and hard to work with.
