Found job listing online, sent in my resume, cover letter and application. I received an email about 2 days later requesting my availability for an interview. We set it up through email - I went and met with the Department Manager and the Lead Referral Coordinator. We went into a conference and closed the door for a 2 on 1 interview. They asked questions and I answered -- at one point the manager began asking questions in Spanish without warning -- to which I responded in spanish without hesitation. They were very nice -- I was told they would be in touch. About a week later I got an email letting me know that they had chosen another candidate for the position - but may be looking for someone in a couple months. About 2 months later I received a call from the department manager, she asked if I was still looking, which I was and she offered me the position. There was no 2nd interview necessary.
