Interview process was structured in several phone screenings with the recruiter, followed by phone interview by a team colleague. Second round of interviews was with the directors of the departments. The questions related to past experience and how they would translate into the new role. Last interview s task was to give a presentation about an action plan for a customer that was coming up for renewal.
