I saw a job announcement on the website and I sent in my resume and application and within about 3 weeks I was contacted by phone to schedule an interview. I went in at 15 min before my interview time and the store manager was very easy to talk to. We jumped right ion to the interview.

Question 1
There was really no difficult questions, I was asked questions like "What would you do if you there was an employee who disliked you?" or another example is "What do you think makes you the right choice for this job?"

Interview
Quick and easy. All the questions are on paper just ensuring your availability (essentially need full availability) and if you have cash-handling experience. A few questions are basic customer service questions such as, the rule of customer service, how to handle customer theft and shoplifting, the importance of greeting a customer, etc.
It was common run of the mill interview. Standard questions of sales experience and different positions held in the past.
The hiring manager was very polite and thorough with his questioning. Felt that he was very knowledgeable of the position he was interviewing me for.
I had a group interview. It was pretty simple and easy. The interviewers were nice and it didn’t take too long. All in all I was probably asked 10-15 questions.
