It was quick fast and easy. all you have to have is open availability because its a 24 hour facility. also you have to have some type of customer service experience. You walk into the this building (old looking) and someone from the front desk greets you and you tell them what you are there for. after that they ask you to have a seat until your interviewer comes to get you and they take you to a back room and have a piece of paper you fill out with your availability and what not. Its very relaxed and then the interviewer asks you questions about your job experience and your availability and then asks scenario questions. questions like " If bob came to the front desk to complain about his t.v not working in his room what do you do ?" (its like a hotel/barrack kind of place so those are the types of scenarios).
its not hard at all. if you've been in customer service know to be polite and courteous and know the guest always comes first and you'll be okay.
