Phone interview with HR then met with department manager. Assistant DEPT manager also came in , I've seen other interview with AVP. Usually 1 person sometimes 2 . Will ask you about prior experiences, & how your skills and goals align with the department & position.

General behavioral questions. Focused on Customer Service, Time Management, & multi-tasking.
