I applied online for the position in November of 2016, providing some basic personal information including my resume and cover letter. I was able to schedule a phone interview with Melanie in HR in January 2017. I did not hear anything back for a couple of months so I spoke with representatives from Mariner at K-State's Professional Connection event, got to know the Intern Coordinator which, though informal, counted as my second interview. I received my offer about a week later.
