I went thru six and final interviews in the two-month period. They ended up hiring a candidate who didn't even meet a minimum requirement (job description "required" a CFP designation). The chosen candidate also had less education and work experiences than me, albeit older. The only difference? She is White, and I am not. Go look at their company website, and if you don't LOOK like everyone else, don't waste your precious time applying/interviewing.
