The interview was very open, and was a positive interview process. Some interviews seem more like interrogations and as if they are looking for ways to rule you out of consideration. I had good communication with the interviewer about the hiring and interview path. The questions were fairly standard. The interviewer did not know a great deal about the position since he was not local.
