Very odd way to treat Applicants on phone interview. Three min call and three questions. and finish.. Totally irrelevant questions vs Position advertise. Obviously it was Union position and person doing interview was not interested in outside candidates at all. At lease listen to candidate's experience in brief, instead of asking questions/definitions from Technical Books. HR please review the Process.
