Pretty friendly and accommodating. HUGE focus on your ability to be pleasant in the face of adversity/stress. Be ready to reference your aptitude in customer service. Met with the hiring managers (group panel) first+ operations director for final.

Phone screening with a Human Resources followed by interview with 2 hiring team members a week later. Basic behavioral questions. Very easygoing interview. They were reassuring and friendly. I really enjoyed the process.
