the question was mainly related to your leadership skills, how u handle ur juniors, manage a team so on and so forth. They will basically look for for ur management skills.
Not interesting or enticing. Person seemed very unprepared to interview me. They were late, unprofessional, rushed. My interview was cold and she seemed preoccupied with something. She didn’t take my resume or ask me many questions. I did ask more than a few questions but I was not given complete answers.
