Interview
First interview is a phone call with someone from corporate that talks the job up big time just basically ask if you are interested.
Second about two weeks later, is meet district manager at Starbucks in target. Small chat to see if you can physically breath and hold a conversion. Takes about 10 minutes mainly about how much money you can make if you are "good." Talks about how "good" they were and now look they are over 50-60 people. Goes over HR paperwork your hired.

I was contacted by a requirer, where I was ask some brief questions over the phone. once I pass that process then the district manager , schedule and phone interview where it was FaceTime. but you would get some sample questions to practice prior to the actually interview. During the real interview the whole thing took only like 5 min. very quick.
It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interview. First round was phone interview. Second was to an online assessment, third was to upload a video of your answers to some questions and finally there was a face to face interview.
