Video submission, then they email you a work from huome pack wich ur not payed for. U are expected to trainnfor a long time before u come in store. They only hire 20 somethings and hot.
Very basic questions about experience and availability. Quick call back (I was hired on the spot but sometimes it takes a day or two), and quick onboarding experience. Fast and easy process, they’ll hire almost anyone

Interview
Several-part process. You do an online portion, some testing, then a video portion. If your video portion is accepted, you move onto a 1:1 interview. They don't tell you it's inside the store you'd be working at. The interview itself was casual and easy-flowing. I had a job offer the same day, but it wasn't for the job I had even applied for.
