Interview
Applied online and was called three days after to setup a phine interview. Since they liked my resume so much. I was apparently their go to candidate. I'm 18 with no job experience but do have a solid background for technology related stuff, specifically computer programming. I submit a video introduction of myself, it wasn't much longer than 15 seconds, and straight to the point ( I'm the perfect candidate, etc ) to my surprise, the hiring manager liked it, as well as the recruiter, so I was going to be considered by the district mamager. Day after ( day 3 of the process by now ) I get call from the recruiter congratulating me in the position, that same day I do all the paperwork and drug screen. Two days later I get a call from the recruiter asking for extra info, and today I get notified my paid training will begin once the manager finishes some paperwork for me.
Overall very positive experience. They apparently like candidates with no experience so they can train you their way.
