First stage was on the phone interview, very straightforward and general questions. Second stage questions asked were part STAR format for a digital submission, followed by three questions about work scenarios requesting recorded video anwers. Interpersonal review was very comfortable and employer asked personality based questions and experiences/goals that could attribute to the work described.
