I was referred by an employee and sent in my resume. I got a call the same day and scheduled an interview for the next week. I was asked a lot of questions about past sales experience and strengths. Everything was pretty conversational and laid-back.

Interview
The first interview was recorded interview where they would give you questions and you would record a response to send in. There were typical questions regarding your experience and interest in Sales. Then you did an interview with a recruiter where the questions were a little more in depth about your experience.
Had a preliminary phone interview. Then had to submit a video to be reviewed. Then there was an interview with my manager. After the final interview, I was hired. The whole process took around a week.
