Availability questions, job description and company values discussed. Team work and success oriented. Pay and possible hours of operation discussed. The base pay wasn't worth it but commission and the satisfaction of making the sales and helping the guests was.
I was contacted by a requirer, where I was ask some brief questions over the phone. once I pass that process then the district manager , schedule and phone interview where it was FaceTime. but you would get some sample questions to practice prior to the actually interview. During the real interview the whole thing took only like 5 min. very quick.
It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interview. First round was phone interview. Second was to an online assessment, third was to upload a video of your answers to some questions and finally there was a face to face interview.
