Started with a video interview in which you record your answer to one or two questions, and you get as many attempts a you like. Following the video interview, I did a phone interview with my soon-to-be Area Sales Manager, who asked very easy questions.

I applied online and then interviewed via webcam and phone. The recruiter asked me to record a short video telling about myself and how I believed I could offer value to the company in this position. I was able to show my sales expertise and brand knowledge, proving that I was familiar with the brand and illustrating my sales skills. The recruiter accepted the video, and then contacted the district manager, who arranged a phone interview. This was 30-minute phone call in which the district manager asked various common interview questions. The next day I was contacted by the recruiter, who formally offered the job to me. I accepted and started training 1 week later.
