I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at MarketSource (New York, NY)
Interview
Everything with the recruiter went really well and she even recommended me be put in at the highest salary. She forwarded me on to interview with the hiring manager. He and I also had a great interaction. He even said how he appreciated out talk and spoke as if I was already in the role. He said they will let me know the next week. I have almost 20 years of retail experience and cannot understand how after these interaction I received no response. A week goes by and I sent a thank you email to the manager and asked if they could let me know about the status of the position. No reply. I also texted the recruiter. No reply. It's very unprofessional to behave this way in my opinion. You should always let candidates know what the status is.
