Easy and online format, barely had to speak and was hired immediately. Pay is ok for what it is but you spend most of the time watching videos instead of making commission
Managed credit accounts with Citi Bank for large vendor. Went store to store to improve share and build relationship with customer and vendor. Great way to gain experience by working with other professionals from other companies.

Interview
A recruiter prepped me for the one on one after I had my initial phone interview. For the phone interview; I can remember the recruiter asking basic questions as she was trying to see if I was going to be a good fit for the role. Once she determined that I was a good fit, she made me aware of the types of questions I would get asked and gave me great info on how I should prepare. Without the recruiter to prep me, it would've been more stressful. The recruiter was very good at her role and very professional.
