I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at MarketSource
Interview
Very warm and semi-informal interview. Finally an employer more interested in your character than anything else. That is what makes a good employee in the long run. Very personal and upfront.
I really enjoyed this interview and the transparency involved. I felt like I knew what was going on and I was not kept in the dark for a moment. Wonderful company to work for. Excellent package.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MarketSource (Pompano Beach, FL)
Interview
First interviewed with the recruiter. Scheduled a Skype interview with Hiring manager. Was told they wanted to interview me in person and met with them the following week at a Starbucks. Was told they would be in contact in 3 Days latest. Received an Offer exactly 3 days after. The recruiter tried offering way less pay than what I was told in the very beginning of the process.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MarketSource (Louisville, KY) in May 2013
Interview
Applied via the website or careerbuilder where they often post, and was contacted by a recruiter not long after. Pre-screen successfully followed up by an in person interview with the traveling regional manager. No follow up from him post interview but the recruiter contacted and said they selected someone else. A few weeks later found a recent posting of the same position/location and inquired if their new hire fell thru. Never got a definitive answer, not sure if program still running.

Question 1
Nothing out of the ordinary. I was familiar with their clients product as a former employee, though not the partnership program being rolled out, however, had insight into competitor business as per my current position, so I was able to speak to the need for the program for their client in relation to that.
