Interview
Applied online. Next day received a call to set up an interview from Human Resources. HR was really nice and easily scheduled an interview based upon my availability. Had a panel interview with 3 support team managers before the end of the same week. The interview was laid back for the most part, nice people, and was approximately 30 minutes long. It was a real pleasant experience!

it was pretty easy. Did a phone interview with the recruiter first, a Job-on and then had an in person interview.Questions were pretty standard nothing to difficult. I don't recall any questions regarding specific situations I had encountered, so no behavioral questions I guess,

Interview
I first had a phone interview with their recruiter who just asked standard interviewing question about myself. Then a few days later they schedule a face to face interview with a Support Team Manager. Who was in her mid twenties. Situational questions were asked and she wanted to learn a little bit about myself.
