Onboarding: Job on Video, Face to face, potentially Skype if out of market, background check including drug testing. Potential for 4 or 5 interviews. My specific case was different, they needed someone quickly to fill the role. I've heard through various Directors that they have referred employees that have had 9 interviews to get the position. Once you are determined to be a good fit, the process will be expedited.
