My first interview was with two managers and the. The next day I was asked to come back for a second interview. While you are there for both visits they will have you sit and shadow with a recruiter. Caution they will be friendly and act like they are nice they are going to have a big impact on if you get the job or not!! They are fishing for answers to determine if you are sincere in wanting this job

3 Step interview process - Phone interview, in person with Recruiting Manager and then meeting with Director of Recruiting. After you have the interview with the recruiting managers they will have you sit down with some of the veteran recruiters and the veteran recruiters will also have a say so in getting hired.
