Interview
I posted my resume on Indeed. One of the onboarding specialist reached out to me. The job sounded pretty cool so I called him and did a phone interview. It involved the basics. He asked questions about past experience and he explained the onboarding process. I was moved to the second phase which was another interview with the DSM. Before I got the call from the DSM I had to download an app called JOB ON and it included me answering questions about myself as it recorded me. I used my iPhone 6plus as a smartphone is required for the job. It was pretty cool this thought the whole onboarding process I never met anyone in person it was all done over the phone and online. Pretty cool!

Then i was emailed a form for a drug test. Usually when you are asked for a drug test. It means you are hired. After that i got the job offer along with all the paper work.
