I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at MarketSource (Alpharetta, GA) in Jul 2014
Interview
Normal interview questions. They are just looking for energetic individuals that they can mold to be what they want them to them to be. You first will do a phone screen where they ask the normal interview questions. Once you are past that part, they will bring you in for a face to face interview with 2 people. They will try to intimidate you but stand your ground and always make sure that you have a smile on your face. They are looking for a spunky attitude.
The process had three interviews. The first was the phone screen by the recruiter, then virtually via Teams or Zoom with the hiring managers, and finally with the head of the department in person.
