Several phone calls for the initial interview and with your prospective DM (though now they're supposed to interview Face to Face with the DM). The DM is usually a sales oriented person who's moved up the ranks of older companies like RadioShack and Best Buy. If you've held jobs like this before it's almost rote with your answers.

I was contacted by a requirer, where I was ask some brief questions over the phone. once I pass that process then the district manager , schedule and phone interview where it was FaceTime. but you would get some sample questions to practice prior to the actually interview. During the real interview the whole thing took only like 5 min. very quick.
It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interview. First round was phone interview. Second was to an online assessment, third was to upload a video of your answers to some questions and finally there was a face to face interview.
