Interview
Interview done via Skype. Very basic interview questions such as why I wanted the job, How do I handle conflict, etc.
After I accepted the offer, things got complicated. The Onboarding procedure was a bit unclear, but my recruiter helped me through it. What's good about it is that you can easily see what you have finished, when it is due, and what you still need to finish.
After accepting the position, a background check and drug screen are required, as well as documents to show that you are allow to work in the U.S.
