The first interview was recorded interview where they would give you questions and you would record a response to send in. There were typical questions regarding your experience and interest in Sales. Then you did an interview with a recruiter where the questions were a little more in depth about your experience.

Had a preliminary phone interview. Then had to submit a video to be reviewed. Then there was an interview with my manager. After the final interview, I was hired. The whole process took around a week.

You're contacted first by a recruiter (at least I was). They summarize the job details and set you up with a phone interview with the district manager.
