Found an ad on craigslist, replied with resume. Was emailed about a week later, then sat down with hiring manager at a Starbucks. Very informal, was offered job on the spot. Needed to bring two copies of resume, short phone interview before where the basic job details were given. Then after I was offered the job needed to complete an hour with forums (unpaid) and a pee drug test. Then you need to complete 2 hours of paid training videos before training in the store.

I was contacted by a requirer, where I was ask some brief questions over the phone. once I pass that process then the district manager , schedule and phone interview where it was FaceTime. but you would get some sample questions to practice prior to the actually interview. During the real interview the whole thing took only like 5 min. very quick.
It was a long interview process. There were several rounds of interview. First round was phone interview. Second was to an online assessment, third was to upload a video of your answers to some questions and finally there was a face to face interview.
