They wanted to know if I was a team player. They also wanted to ensure that I was a hard-worker and dedicated to my job. Excel is huge part of any position at MarketSource Inc. So know it and know it well. Do not lie because you will be asked to do exactly what you said that you could. You will be asked about your availability, again do not lie just to get the job and then change up once employed. Be sure to be confident, smart, have some personality and have goals.

Applied online. Next day received a call to set up an interview from Human Resources. HR was really nice and easily scheduled an interview based upon my availability. Had a panel interview with 3 support team managers before the end of the same week. The interview was laid back for the most part, nice people, and was approximately 30 minutes long. It was a real pleasant experience!

I first had a phone interview with their recruiter who just asked standard interviewing question about myself. Then a few days later they schedule a face to face interview with a Support Team Manager. Who was in her mid twenties. Situational questions were asked and she wanted to learn a little bit about myself.
