Two phone calls. Initially by marketsource HR rep asking basic qualifying questions (availability, desired pay, travel accommodations). Followed by call from district manager of Target Mobile division asking challenging questions which are listed below. Overall, the interview was not challenging. It seemed as though they were looking for any reasons to not hire me instead of using my answers for comparative reference to other applicants seeking employment.

Interview process was great held over zoom during the prime of the pandemic in california. With that being said whilst working their customer traffic was so low that none of the commission incentives were being fully realized so I rated it so-so
