MarketSource Sales Associate interview questions

Initial phone interview asking if I had previous sales experience with a recruiter. Second phone interview with the District Manager. He just reviewed position and expected duties. I went in and met with the on-site manager and began a 1 week online training. Once complete, I was trained to be on the sales floor.
