MarketSource Wireless Team Lead interview questions

The hiring process was actually very professional, I had to do 2 interviews. One via phone and the other via Skype. They together lasted about an hour. The questions asked were typical of a company selling phones. They focused on how can you make sales for them and how confident are you in yourself.

A recruiter interviews you and sets up interview with DM. DM then get you interview with RM. The recruiter works behind the scenes to be your advocate and get your hired. She did an awesome job. My RM who got let go right after he hired me was very nice and believe he was the one who believed in me. Thank you Gene.
