I applied through other source. I interviewed at MarketStar (Ogden, UT) in Dec 2017

The interview was scheduled for 11:30am. When you arrive they put you all in a conference room and then come in and explain a few things about the company with you. Then you split off into one on one interviews.

Question 1
What research did you do to prepare for the interview?
The interviews themselves were fine, but 4 interviews for a position that isn’t that senior feels excessive- they also weren’t really sure between themselves what they were looking for in the ideal candidate, which was a bit of a red flag for me. They then took over 5 weeks from final interview to come back to me, ignoring my follow up emails, by which time I had already signed a contract with their competitor.
They seem like nice people sure, but they mess candidates around due to their internal disfunction so I would avoid.

Question 1
How would you speed up x process if the client were dragging their feet?
The interview process was very seamless. I enjoyed my interview process. I had 2 interviews and they were great. Both of managers were both very kind and thoughtful. One of the best interview processes I have been through.
Interview was easy and laid back. The interviewers were very friendly and conversational and did not feel like an interrogation. They got back to me immediatley with a job offer.
