Email reply and quick telephone interview, then a COMPUTER viedo interview 1 on ZERO,,,,,,very unfair to applicant since you are answering questions without "talking or seeing" anyone on the other end, so I say 1 to zero since the applicant is talking to a computer cam and not a person on the other end. frustrating!

Resume, contacted by HR two days later. Had interview the following day. Was made an offer early the next week. Started three weeks after initial interview. Keep in mind they had a minimum requirement to butts in seats for a contract with a manufacturer so they were very motivated.
