They tell u from the first interview that ur talented and that they recognize talent when they see it and take u by the second interview just because they are desperate for people speaking certain languages. They sell you loads of lies and tell you a lot of generic things to put u at ease and then micromanage you when u get there and kick you to the kurb while saying we are in this together.
