There were five interviews. The first was just a short recruiter call. The second was with the Marketstar managers. The third was with the contracted company person you report to (HP, Pinterest, etc...). The fourth was with that person's manager ( the HP or Pinterest or Xerox district manager), and the fifth was a Skype interview with the Marketstar managers and the district manager of the contracted company. If you don't do a Skype interview, you meet instead in person. There is a drug test and background check.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at MarketStar
Interview
Process was quite easy. Received a call the day after I applied by a hiring company for a brief qualification process. He set up a webcam interview that was very easy for me. They are more interested in sales and building the BestBuy employee relationship. Neither of their webcam worked at the time but the interviewers were the MarketStar manager, and the Senior Sales Supervisor for Sony in the region.
