Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What to do when working with a team member that is difficult .
The interviews themselves were fine, but 4 interviews for a position that isn’t that senior feels excessive- they also weren’t really sure between themselves what they were looking for in the ideal candidate, which was a bit of a red flag for me. They then took over 5 weeks from final interview to come back to me, ignoring my follow up emails, by which time I had already signed a contract with their competitor.
They seem like nice people sure, but they mess candidates around due to their internal disfunction so I would avoid.

Interview was easy and laid back. The interviewers were very friendly and conversational and did not feel like an interrogation. They got back to me immediatley with a job offer.
