Very straight forward. Talked initially with their internal recruiter on the phone. She then set up an in person interview with the hiring manager. Had a very informal kind of discussion without the usual canned questions other than "where would you like to be in 5 years?"

There were about 10 people in a room and we all went around the room introducing ourselves to the 5 other managers that were in the room. they then asked general questions and we all had to answer in a round table style
