I applied online. Went through a phone screen and a few live interviews. I was asked to create a presentation as the final step in the process although I did not have to present it. Overall the process took a bit longer than expected but not too terribly long. I also know that they use HireVue now as a second step after the phone screen... beware when recording your answers, you are shown a question, given a few seconds to compose yourself and then the camera starts, there is no re-do button, it's legitimately difficult.
