MarketStar Recruiter interview questions

I had a telephone interview for a Recruiter role at MarketStar and am absolutely baffled that the person who interviewed me is in a team leadership position. For starters, he was 30 minutes late to our scheduled call and didn't send any notice he would be running late. When he finally did call, his explanation was simply "he forgot" which means he doesn't pay attention to his work calendar, as I received numerous automated reminders from the scheduling system and know from being a recruiter myself that he also was sent the same notifications. The interview only went downhill from there. He seemed nervous/scared, kept stumbling over his words and saying "um" a lot, kept repeating himself, and clearly didn't know what questions to ask me (I do acknowledge I have more experience than the candidates he's probably used to interviewing but he should be trained to handle that). He wasn't able to answer a few of my questions and just didn't seem prepared for the interview. My impression of him was that he was very inexperienced and shouldn't be a team manager by any stretch of the imagination. Overall it was a very negative experience and he didn't represent the company well at all. By the time we ended our call, I had zero interest in the role and in MarketStar itself. It's also worth noting that he ended the call by stating (a few times, again was repeating himself and seemed very nervous) that he would "talk to his supervisor and get back to me by the end of the week", which never happened. The whole thing was unorganized, very amateur, and had so many red flags that I can say without a doubt that I dodged a bullet here.
