MarketStar Sales Representative interview questions

Very simple and informal. Interviewed via Webcam.

Submitted paperwork. Then interviewed over the phone. Then had to send in a video of myself doing a sales presentation. I didn't hear back from them until 6 months later when they offered my an assignment. I think they may have stalled because there would have been an employee referral fee they would have had to pay to my friend.
