They were unorganized and I talked with multiple people who didn't seem to communicate with each other. This caused me to have to continually repeat myself. Although they were very enjoyable to speak with and I didn't end up working there I still felt they had a lot to offer. The only advice that I would give them is to be more concise in what they offer and also to communicate amongst each other before making any offers.
