After submitting my application I was required to take some writing qualification tests. After passing those, I was invited for a quick phone interview followed by two rounds of in-person interviews. It was a pretty laid back process conducted directly with the company CEO. They also required completion of a "test" case having to do with IP.

Tell us about conflict you've experienced in a workplace environment.
Very Intensive. 3 Interviews plus a test case. Was asked some discriminatory illegal questions during interviews about marital status, family situation, and spouse's occupation. It was a very long and exhausting process for a entry level position that doesn't even pay that much.
