Marriott International F1 Program interview questions

Marriott was in the career fair of my University and I went to ask for information about opening positions/internship opportunities and the representative offer me to come in for an interview the next day for the program that I choose. At the beginning of the interview she asked what would be my top choices for location and brand preference then she followed with (5) questions all of them you have to be answered in STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) The interview took less than 30 minutes and they took over 3 weeks to get back to me with a second interview, before the first interview ended they told me that it would take them some weeks to get back to me due to another program deadline that needed to be done before the program I was applying for.
